Disclosure

Helicopter rates are based on a two-hour per day minimum of actual engine running time. All Safaris can be extended with ease.

Extra and flying time, or anytime the engine is running, at the rate of $1500 per hour or part there of. This rate is subject to change and is based on rates at geographic locations, the model of that particular Helicopter, and possible currency fluctuations.

Choice of Helicopter subject to availability

Flying is subject to weather conditions.
No refunds due to weather conditions, if we cannot fly due to the weather, you must still pay the minimum of two hours of engine running flying time per day

Rates do not include the below listed items. These fees are usually minimal . The  trip organizers take no responsibility for stated  fees
Landing fees
Clearance fees
Any unknown government fees
Visa fees
Customs fees

Weight Limits:

Most Helicopters can handle a maximum weight of 400 Kilos, this includes the weight of each passenger, the pilot and guide. The R44 carries less weight. It also includes all baggage. Passengers are limited to one bag each plus one small camera bag. Each bag must be soft-sided and have a maximum weight of 15 pounds. This is for your safety! The pilot has the final say in regards to allowed baggage and if a passenger’s bag is overweight, the extra bags can be securely stored with out local ground staff. 

NOTE: Our ground staff will do its best to be on time with all ground operations, however please keep in mind that we are operating in remote areas, due to this timing can be off.
